Business Area Manager at YA Gruppen

We are now looking for a Business Area Manager who wants to take full responsibility for a new business area and actively contribute to YA Gruppen's continued growth.

About the role

As a Business Area Manager, you have overall responsibility for the development, results, and growth of the business area. The role is both strategic and operational and includes a clear sales responsibility, where you actively work to create new business and build long-term customer relationships.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Be responsible for the business area's results, growth, and profitability
  • Drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and actively pursue new customers
  • Develop and deepen collaborations with existing customers and partners
  • Contribute to the company's strategic development and expansion
  • Ensure effective working methods and high quality in delivery
